The use of training grounds in the educational process is in the focus of the collegial body of the Academy.
On April 10, a meeting of the Scientific and Methodological Council of the Academy devoted to the methodology of training sessions at the landfills was held.
Training grounds play an important role in the educational process of the Academy. They are designed to improve the practical training of employees of the law-enforcement bodies, to facilitate their acquisition of practical skills in the implementation of operational activities in conditions close to reality.
In the framework of the consideration of this issue the department of methodological support of educational process of Educational and Methodical Management analyzed methods of teaching disciplines in landfills, carried out control visits to the teaching staff of the Academy.
In her speech, the head of the department of methodological support of educational process of Educational and Methodical Management lieutenant-colonel of militia Tatiana Shcherba touched upon the problems of using technical capabilities and material support of training grounds, describing specific techniques and methods of training at the landfills and making changes in the educational and program documentation. In the course of the debate, the Council's decisions aimed at improving this type of work were elaborated.
In the "Miscellaneous" category, traditionally were discussed issues related to the examination of educational publications and electronic educational and methodological complexes, approval and recommendation for approval of educational and program documentation.
